Michaela Andersson has extensive experience in retail management and sales coaching, currently serving as a Sales Coach at NK RETAIL AB since August 2017, focusing on daily operations, administration, and visual merchandising across multiple collections. Prior to this role, Michaela was the Retail Store Manager at The Case Factory from February to July 2017, overseeing store and website operations while managing manufacturing processes. Michaela's earlier experience includes a sales position at Carlings from 2010 to 2016 and an Assistant Prop Stylist role with Matilda Bång from 2008 to 2016, where creative problem-solving and adaptability played crucial roles in success.

The stores at NK are operated by freestanding companies under department store like forms. All departments have separate leasing agreements with AB Nordiska Kompaniet. In total approx. 100 companies run 110 NK departments in Stockholm and 50 departments in Gothenburg. Nordiska Kompaniet bought Departments & Stores Europe AB, founded in 2005, in February of 2021. In the acquisition Departments & Stores became NK Retail AB.
