Thomas Kurtén

Thomas Kurtén is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in engineering and management. Currently serving as Technology Manager and Application Manager at Nordkalk Corporation since November 2021, Thomas brings extensive experience from previous roles, including Area Sales Engineer at Carrus Delta Oy, where responsibilities included sales management for Sweden and Denmark. Early career experiences include roles as a Process Engineer at Citec Group and multiple positions as a Process Operator and Trainee at Nordkalk Corporation. Additional early work included summer trainee positions at A-Laiturit and military service as a Sergeant in the Finnish Defence Forces. Thomas holds a Master of Engineering in Process Engineering from Åbo Akademi University and is pursuing an MBA at Imperial College Business School.
