Jean-Baptiste Portelette is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality management and operational excellence across various sectors. Currently serving as the Responsable Q3SE & RSE at NORDOR Technologies since January 2024, Jean-Baptiste oversees quality processes for metal closure solutions in both the construction and nuclear industries. Previously, Jean-Baptiste founded and led PERFORM-EZ from May 2009 to January 2024, focusing on performance management and quality improvement. Additional roles include consultancy positions with QUALIPRO and CertificationQSE, and senior management positions at ANDATIME, ATS Engineering Ltd., and Presto Engineering Inc., where Jean-Baptiste managed global quality initiatives and certification projects. Early career experience includes roles at NXP Semiconductors France and Philips Semiconductors, covering communication and IT support management. Jean-Baptiste holds a Master of Engineering from Philips N.V. and various technical degrees, supplemented by a Lean 6 Sigma Green Belt certification obtained in 2024.
