Gerda Bareišienė

Gerda Bareišienė is an experienced lawyer currently serving as the Lead Product Legal Counsel at Nord Security. With a strong passion for corporate, media, and technology law, Gerda has previously held prominent roles, including Head of Legal at CyberNews and MOKILIZINGAS, and General Counsel at Danpower Baltic. Gerda's expertise encompasses M&A, corporate governance, and finance law, complemented by a rich background in investment management and extensive involvement with creative industries. They completed a Master of Laws at Vilniaus Universitetas and continue to expand their legal knowledge through studies at Harvard Law School.
