Karina Dirvonskienė

Karina Dajoraite-Dirvonskiene currently serves as the Chief People Officer at Nord Security, a position held since January 2021. Prior to this role, Karina took a gap year in New Zealand and contributed to the Ingrida Šimonytė Presidential Campaign as a member focused on fundraising and political marketing. Karina's extensive experience includes leadership roles at Small Planet Airlines, where responsibilities spanned from Chief of Staff to Head of HR, Administration, and Legal Departments, as well as involvement in the Management Board. Legal expertise was developed through positions as a lawyer at AB "flyLAL - Lithuanian Airlines" and Law Firm "In Corpore," and an early legal internship at the Lithuanian Red Cross. Karina's educational background encompasses a Master in Law from Vilnius University, alongside executive and specialized training in Human Resources Management, EU and Aviation Law, and Aircraft Acquisition and Financing.
