Geert van de Wouw is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the energy and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors at Nordsol since April 2020, Geert is involved in the commercialization of innovative bio-LNG technology. Additionally, Geert holds the title of Civil Member of the Royal Holland Society of Sciences and Humanities, where responsibilities include speaking on climate change. Previous roles include Managing Partner at Shell Ventures, focusing on investments in renewable energy and sustainable technologies, and Member of the Supervisory Board at Strohm. Geert's career also encompasses significant positions at Shell International and Fluor Corporation, contributing to advancements in supply chain management, business development, and engineering projects. Geert holds an MSc in Bio-Molecular Sciences from Wageningen University & Research and has completed postgraduate education at IMD and the University of Chicago.
