Joe Schroeder

Joe Schroeder is an experienced engineering manager at Nordson Corporation, having joined the company in 2004. Currently serving as Sr Manager of Shared Services in the Industrial Coating Systems Division since November 2011, Joe Schroeder oversees sustaining engineering, quality, the engineering change process, and technical communications. Prior roles include Manager of Product Line Management for various business groups within the division and Engineering Manager for New Product Development in both the Powder and Finishing Business Groups. Joe Schroeder holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Akron, earned between 1977 and 1982.
