Marie Pedersen

Marie Pedersen is an experienced legal professional specializing in real estate law, with a strong focus on transactions involving real estate, commercial and residential lease law, construction and contracting including advisory, contract negotiation, dispute resolution, and regulatory interaction. Marie Pedersen has been an Advokat at Nordstern since March 2017, and prior to that, was also an Advokat at CASA from March 2017 to October 2022 and an Attorney at Gorrissen Federspiel from February 2007 to February 2017. Additional areas of expertise include planning and environmental law related to construction projects, litigation and arbitration in construction matters, property administration, forced auctions, and general legal consulting and problem-solving.
