Rikke Ebbesen is currently working as an HR Partner at Nordstern since April 2019. Prior to this, Rikke worked as an HR-chief at Hovedgaard Entreprenørforretning from January 2016 to March 2019, and as a teacher and course developer at Horsens Ungdomsskole from September 2002 to December 2015. Rikke has a Diploma in leadership and Business Administration from VIA University College, as well as a Mini MBA in Organizational Leadership from Aros Business Academy. Rikke also holds certifications in MiLife instruction for facilitating change management and cognitive therapy.
