Project Management Team

The Project Management Team at Nordstern is responsible for overseeing and coordinating construction projects from inception to completion. This includes managing timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure the successful delivery of sustainable residential and commercial buildings. The team comprises roles such as Entrepriseleder (Project Managers), Byggeledere (Construction Managers), and specialists in quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety, all working collaboratively to set new standards in Danish sustainable building.
