Derrick Martin is an experienced finance and technology leader with a robust background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Vice President of Technology & Process at Nordstrom since March 2024, Derrick supports the transformation of financial capabilities and processes. Previously, at Bright Health, Derrick held roles as Vice President of Enterprise Business Services and Vice President of Administration Process & Technology, focusing on finance and procurement processes and enterprise-level strategic initiatives. Derrick's extensive experience includes executive positions at Target, Walmart, and DCP Midstream, where responsibilities ranged from managing global finance transformation initiatives to payroll processing and financial system integration. Derrick holds an M.B.A. in Finance from Oklahoma City University and a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Harding University.
