Jon Richards

Jon Richards has extensive experience in software engineering and IT, currently serving as a Sr. Principal Engineer at Nordstrom since June 2018, with previous roles including Principal Engineer and Senior Software Engineer on the Global Traffic Management team. At National Research Corporation, Jon held positions as Lead Software Engineer and Software Engineer, focusing on designing and implementing web applications using the latest technologies and large data sets. Earlier experience includes IT Specialist at the United States Geological Survey, where Jon managed various programming projects and server administration tasks. Jon also worked as Programs Coordinator at Martha & Mary Home and Community Services, providing user support and assisting in server management. Jon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computing and Software Systems from the University of Washington, obtained between 2007 and 2009.
