Kristen Edwards

Kristen Edwards is an experienced professional in program and product management, currently serving as a Senior Technical Program Manager at Nordstrom since December 2017, focusing on outbound transportation technology and optimizing delivery processes. Prior to this, Kristen held roles as a Senior Product Manager at Nordstrom and Amazon, where responsibilities included managing supply chain technology and launching a new shipping service for Amazon sellers, respectively. Kristen's military experience includes significant leadership positions with the US Army and Army Reserve, where operational planning and team management were key functions. Kristen holds an MBA and MPA in Infrastructure Policy from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management and a BS in Comparative Politics from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
