Madeline Butz

Madeline Butz is an experienced professional in the fashion industry, currently serving as an Assistant Assortment Planner at Nordstrom, focusing on Hosiery, Lingerie, and Men's Specialized products since January 2023. Previously, Madeline held the position of Merchandise Analyst for Young Customer and Trend at Nordstrom, and completed an impactful role in the Women@Dior and UNESCO Women Leadership & Sustainability Program. This program selected Madeline as one of 25 mentees and offered invaluable mentorship, access to courses, and leadership insights. Earlier experiences include a Buying and Planning Internship at Nordstrom and participation in the Gucci Program for Scholars, where Madeline provided strategic business proposals. Additional roles at Saks OFF 5TH involved merchandise operations, and the journey in fashion began as a Nordstrom Fashion Ambassador during high school. Madeline holds a Bachelor of Science in Fashion Merchandising from Texas Christian University, complemented by a study abroad semester at Istituto Lorenzo de' Medici.
