Ngoc Phan

Ngoc has been with Nordstrom for +20 years combined. She joined the organization in 1996 as an industrial engineer in Bowie. She later moved to an operations manager position in San Francisco and then Director of supply chain and systems. She then spent 2 years at REI as Director, supply chain strategy before returning to Nordstrom.
