Varni Pandey is an experienced operations and supply chain professional with a diverse background in leading teams and improving processes. Varni has held significant positions including Director of Operations at Nordstrom, Associate Director of Supply Chain at Chewy, and Senior Manager of Operations & Supply Chain at Amazon, where Varni progressed through the Pathways Leadership Program. Varni began the career as a Technology Consultant at HSBC and an Assistant Systems Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services. Varni holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Purdue University Daniels School of Business and a BTech in Civil Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli.
