Boris Kuster, MBA has a diverse and extensive work experience. Boris held various roles at Nordzucker AG, starting as a Technical Assistant to the COO where they were responsible for investment and maintenance planning. Boris then moved on to become the Manager Corporate Production, leading a team of 50 members in implementing an ERP system integration for supply chain and quality management processes. Later, they took on the role of Head of Logistics Planning & Fulfillment Germany and eventually became the General Manager of Business Unit Bioethanol, where they oversaw strategy development, sales, logistics, and trade business. Boris also served as a Board Member in a European ethanol industry association.

Before joining Nordzucker AG, Boris worked as a Management Consultant at Accenture specializing in Supply Chain Management. Prior to that, they interned at Arthur D. Little as a Consultant and wrote a diploma thesis on "Complexity Reduction in Manufacturing". Furthermore, they interned at Robert Bosch Korea Ltd. in the Diesel Systems Division and at Mercedes-Benz USA in Quality Assurance. Boris began their career with a German apprenticeship as a Banker at Sparkasse Siegen.

Boris Kuster, MBA, has an extensive education history spanning from 2002 to 2016. Boris began their education at Albstadt-Sigmaringen University, where they obtained a Diplom-Wirtschaftsingenieur (FH) degree in Industrial Engineering from 2002 to 2006. During this time, they gained a solid foundation in the field of engineering and business management.

In 2003 to 2004, Boris attended the University of Greenwich, where they pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Engineering Business Management. This experience provided him with further knowledge and skills in the intersection of engineering and business.

Building upon their academic foundation, Boris went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management from 2013 to 2016. This program specialized in General Management and equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of business principles.

In addition to their MBA, Boris further enhanced their expertise through various executive education programs. In 2014, they attended the Columbia Business School for an Executive Education program called "WHU MBA Leadership Program." This program focused on developing leadership skills specifically tailored for MBA graduates.

In 2015, Boris participated in executive education programs that concentrated on the Chinese economy and finance sector. Boris attended the China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) and Fudan University to gain in-depth knowledge about these areas.

Furthermore, Boris expanded their global business perspective by undertaking the "Doing Business in India" Executive Education Program at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore. This program allowed him to acquire valuable insights into conducting business operations within the Indian market.
