Jeremy Herring

Jeremy Herring has extensive experience in IT support and network administration, currently serving as a Help Desk Technician at Noregon Systems since January 2021. Previously, Jeremy worked as a Network Administrator at Synergy Sales and Leasing from October 2016 to November 2020, providing IT infrastructure support across nine stores in North Carolina for 120-160 users and managing various devices, including workstations and phone systems. Prior to that, Jeremy was a Network Operations Center Technician at ECPI University from August 2014 to September 2016, where technical support was provided to staff, faculty, and students, addressing issues related to network problems, mobile devices, and Active Directory accounts for over 400 end users. Jeremy holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from ECPI University, obtained between 2013 and 2016.
