Shaun Neal

Shaun Neal is an experienced professional in operations management with a robust background in program management. Since January 2021, Shaun has been serving as Director of Operations Program Management at Noregon Systems, following previous roles in the same company as Operations Program Manager from September 2014 to February 2020. Prior to that, Shaun held the position of Manager, Service Operations at Aetna, a CVS Health Company, from February 2020 to January 2021. Shaun began a career in customer service at Dish Network, starting as a Customer Service Representative and advancing to Customer Service Manager before transitioning into management roles. Shaun holds a Bachelor's degree in Regent's Bachelor of Arts from West Virginia University.
