Josh McNeil

Josh McNeil is a Senior Account Executive at NORESCO, where responsibilities include assisting government entities by addressing infrastructure challenges and operational inefficiencies with tailored solutions since March 2023. Prior to this role, Josh spent nearly a decade at Energy Systems Group, focusing on performance-based energy conservation projects for K-12 school districts and municipalities, successfully driving over $30 million in contracts. Additional experience includes positions in business development with Utility Metering Solutions and Excel Energy Group, as well as serving as National Business Development Director for Excel Energy Group. Previously, Josh worked as an Account Executive at Siemens Industry, specializing in energy projects for educational institutions and municipalities. Josh holds a BA in Communication Studies from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, received in 2009.
