Mark Lonkevych

SVP, Public Private Partnerships & Energy as a Service at NORESCO

Mark Lonkevych has more than 30 years of innovative energy and energy services experience and serves as NORESCO’s Senior Vice President for Public Private Partnerships (P3) and Energy as a Service (EaaS). His leadership experience covers a large project portfolio and includes considerable expertise with energy infrastructure, renewable energy, and third-party financing and asset ownership structures that will be vital in the emerging P3 and EaaS markets.

Prior to joining NORESCO, Mr. Lonkevych spent five years as Vice President, Business Unit Manager, and Market Sector Leader for the Energy Solutions Business at AECOM including both the ESPC and EaaS business practices. Before that, he served as Vice President and Business Unit Manager for Toshiba’s U.S. Energy Solutions business where he extensively focused on development, engineering, construction, operation and deal structuring for solar, microgrid, and battery energy storage projects for public and private customers including utility companies. These projects emphasized renewable generation, power purchase agreements (PPAs), and other creative financing vehicles.

Mr. Lonkevych earned a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Rochester Institute of Technology and Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from LaSalle University.
