Dan Hill

Dan Hill has extensive work experience in finance and leadership roles. Dan is currently serving as the Vice President - Finance and Chief Financial Officer at Norfolk General Hospital since April 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Haldimand War Memorial Hospital from November 2017 to April 2021.

Before joining Haldimand War Memorial Hospital, they worked as the Chief Financial and Operating Officer at Nipigon District Memorial Hospital from April 2011 to November 2017. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Consultant at Qwantech from April 2008 to May 2014 and as a Manager, Revenue at Merge Healthcare from June 2007 to April 2010.

Dan also has experience in the auditing field, having served as an Audit Senior at Deloitte & Touche from October 2005 to June 2007. Dan started their career as a Senior Accountant at Ginsberg Gluzman Fage & Levitz, LLP in January 2003, where they worked until October 2005.

Dan Hill attended Lakehead University from 1999 to 2002, but their degree and field of study are unknown. In addition, they obtained a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification in 2007 from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation and a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) certification in 2005 from Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario (CPA Ontario). Dan also completed the Health System Leadership Program at the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management in 2016.
