Vice President Of Clinical Services And CNE at Norfolk General Hospital

Kimberley Mullins has extensive work experience in the healthcare field. Kimberley started their career at Hamilton Health Sciences General Campus in 2001, where they worked as a Staff Nurse in the Cardiac ICU until 2009. In 2009, they joined Norfolk General Hospital as the Director of Medicine and ICU, a role they held until 2012. From 2012 to 2019, they served as the Director of Medicine and Intensive Care at Norfolk General Hospital. In 2021, they became the Interim Chief Executive Officer at Norfolk General Hospital, and in 2022, they took on the role of Vice President of Clinical Services and CNE at the same organization.

Kimberley Mullins has a Master of Arts degree in Leadership, which they obtained from the University of Guelph in the years 2016 to 2018. Prior to this, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Laurentian University between 2004 and 2010. Kimberley also holds an RN Diploma from Mohawk College, completed from 1989 to 1992. Additionally, they have a certification in "Nurses, Registered And Licensed Practical, Re-Entry" from the College of Nurses of Ontario, obtained in 1992.
