Stephanie Godby

Stephanie Godby, B.A., CMM III, MPA, currently serves as the Human Resources Manager at Norfolk General Hospital since June 2023. Previously, Stephanie was the Manager of Human Resources for the County of Elgin from May 2021 to June 2023 and a Human Resources Consultant at St. Mary's General Hospital from August 2020 to May 2021. In a volunteer capacity, Stephanie directed the Delhi Community Health Centre Board between June 2020 and May 2021. Stephanie's extensive career at The Corporation of Norfolk County spanned from September 2006 to July 2020, where roles included Deputy County Clerk, Acting Manager of Human Resources and Staff Development, and HR Generalist, among others. Academically, Stephanie holds a Master of Public Administration from Western University and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Waterloo, along with a Post-Graduate Certificate in Corporate Communications/Public Relations from Fanshawe College.
