Minh Tam Nguyen has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as Editor-in-Chief at YouCook Books from March 2011 to January 2012. Minh Tam then worked as a Student Support Officer at RMIT University Vietnam from June 2012 to August 2012. Following that, they had a brief stint as a Digital Marketing professional at Liberty Insurance Limited from June 2013 to August 2013. In December 2013, they became the Editor at Halcyon Magazine and held the position until May 2015. Starting from August 2016, Minh Tam worked as a Lawyer specializing in Real Estate and Hospitality at Squire Patton Boggs until February 2022. From February 2022, they took on the role of General Director at Six Senses Con Dao, and later in July 2022, they became the Chief Executive Officer of Norfolk Group.
Minh Tam Nguyen completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and Business from Columbia University from 2011 to 2015. Subsequently, from 2018 to 2020, Minh Tam pursued a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from the University of Sydney. Prior to this, Minh Tam completed an International Baccalaureate Diploma from the International School Ho Chi Minh City, spanning from 1998 to 2011.
