Brian Madison

Brian Madison has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Brian currently serves as the Vice President of Corporate Services at Norfolk Iron and Metal Co., where they oversee various departments including Performance Improvement, Artificial Intelligence/Business Analytics, Product Quality, HSE, and Operations Services. Brian has a strong background in project management, process improvement, and department leadership. Prior to this, Brian worked at Metalwest for over two decades, holding positions such as Vice President of Corporate Services and Vice President of Sales Operations. Brian also served as a Board Member for School District 27J, contributing to the implementation of Policy Governance and the selection of a Superintendent. Overall, Brian has a wealth of experience in IT, lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, pricing, forecasting, and sales processes.

Brian Madison attended the Washington University in St. Louis - Olin Business School in 2019 to pursue a field of study focused on Data Science for Metals Companies. Brian also enrolled in the Strategic Metals Management Program at the same institution from 2016 to 2017. In addition, Brian obtained studies in Computer Science at the University of Colorado Denver between 1986 and 1988.
