James Leeming

James Leeming is an accomplished healthcare executive with extensive experience in primary care management and organizational turnaround. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer at North Norfolk Primary Care since February 2017, Leeming leads the development of a primary care provider in North Norfolk. Previously, Leeming was the Founder and Managing Director of ENGINE13 LIMITED and acted as Turnaround Director for North Norfolk CCG, where a comprehensive turnaround program was developed. Prior roles include Director at The Tiger Factory, overseeing multiple healthcare contracts, and Project Management Consultant, providing interim support to the NHS. Leeming holds a Master's Degree in Journalism from Middlesex University.
