Richard Parker serves as the Chief Strategy Officer at Norfolk Primary Care since April 2019, focusing on enhancing patient outcomes through innovative collaboration between Primary and Secondary care. As the owner of PARKER HEALTH LTD, Richard operates a boutique advisory practice specializing in business development and executive operations. Richard holds strategic roles with several healthcare organizations, including Partner at Community Partners and Strategic Advisor at RwHealth and Acacium Group, where contributions involve product development, business growth, and international representation. Previously, Richard was the Chief Operating Officer at Norfolk and Norwich University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and the Managing Director at Good Hope Hospital. Richard also provided mentorship to Executive MBA students at the University of Bedfordshire. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA in Entrepreneurship from the University of Bedfordshire and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Hull.
