Elaine Richardson

Elaine Richardson has extensive experience at the Norfolk Redevelopment and Housing Authority, serving as an Administrative/Intake Assistant and previously as an Occupancy Assistant since March 2006. In the role of Administrative Assistant, Elaine is responsible for reviewing home buyer applications for the Home Eligibility Program and processing check requests.
