Annie Adams currently serves as the Executive Vice President & Chief Transformation Officer at Norfolk Southern Corporation, overseeing key areas including Information Technology, Human Resources, Labor Relations, Corporate Communications, Sustainability, and Corporate Giving. With a robust background in Human Resources, Annie has held positions ranging from Vice President to Manager across various capacities, emphasizing employee development and recruitment. Previous experience includes a role as Product Manager at Great Bridge, LLC, where management of the full product life cycle for open source software was a focus, and founding The Ultimate Accessory, where a customized database application for retail was developed and sold to over 150 businesses.
