Brandon Henderson

Brandon Henderson currently serves as the Director of Performance Excellence - Technology Optimization at Norfolk Southern since September 2023. Prior to this role, Brandon amassed significant experience at Genesee & Wyoming Inc. from August 2016 to September 2023, where responsibilities included Director of Service Design, Manager of Service Design and Operations Productivity, and Operations Manager. Brandon's earlier tenure at Norfolk Southern Corporation from June 2011 to August 2016 involved roles such as Trainmaster and Assistant Trainmaster, in addition to starting as a Management Trainee in Transportation. Brandon’s foundational experience includes facility management and youth baseball instruction at Sports Connection in 2010 and hands-on carpentry work with East Carolina Construction in 2008. Brandon holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management with a minor in Business and a Master of Business Administration from East Carolina University.
