Jack Fletcher is an experienced professional in purchasing and logistics, currently serving as Group Manager Purchasing at Norfolk Southern since April 2020, having progressed through various managerial roles within the company. Prior to Norfolk Southern, Jack worked at Crane Worldwide Logistics, where responsibilities included leading time-critical shipments and contributing to teams across different locations in the U.S. Jack gained valuable experience as a Logistics Intern at Toyota North America, focusing on error analysis and operations improvement, and as a Specialty Lending Team Intern at Clayton Bank & Trust, analyzing financial data and optimizing transportation routes.
