Hedda Karlsen

Hedda Karlsen is an experienced professional currently serving as a Senior Project Manager for Innovation and Design at NAF since January 2023. With significant expertise in training, Hedda has also been a Training Instructor at ELIXIA Bjørvika since August 2005. Prior experience includes a tenure at DNB from June 2011 to January 2023, where roles included Project Manager for Marketing in Corporate Banking, overseeing media and marketing initiatives, and Project Manager for Sponsorship and Events, focusing on brand management and events in the personal market. Hedda holds a Master's degree in Strategy and Management from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Østfold University College (HiØ).
