Anja Musland

Anja Musland is an experienced professional in human resources and learning and development, currently serving as a Learning & Development Partner and HR Business Partner at Norges Bank since February 2019. Previously, Anja held the position of HR Advisor at Relacom from August 2015 to February 2019, where responsibilities included competence mapping, strategic competence planning, performance management system implementation, and HSE audits. Anja began their career as an HR Intern at REINERTSEN and later worked as an Event Manager for the Bedriftsportalen for Psykologi, organizing networking opportunities for students. Anja holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Copenhagen Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology.
