Mona S.

Mona S. has a diverse work experience that spans over several decades. Mona began their career at DNB as a Consultant in 1984, where they gained experience in the money market and the capital market. Mona later transitioned to the role of Internal Auditor at DNB, conducting operational audits according to international standards. In 1991, Mona joined Norges Bank as a Fund Accountant, where they developed and maintained systems for financial reporting. Mona also worked on various projects related to the organization's accounting systems. Over the years, Mona took on different roles at Norges Bank, including Advisor ERP System, Team Leader, Controller, and Caseworker. Mona'sresponsibilities in these roles ranged from promoting and leading development projects to negotiating collective agreements and caring for union members. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Union Representative, being elected as the leader of the Finance Sector Union of Norway for section Norges Bank.
