Orjan Agdesteen

Orjan Agdesteen has extensive experience in finance and accounting. Orjan started their career at Norges Handelshøyskole/Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration as a research fellow. Orjan then worked at Arthur Andersen & Co. as a manager for six years before moving to Enron Nordic Energy as the CFO. After that, they joined InFocus International BV as the Group Financial Controller for EMEIA & ASIA. Agdesteen then worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Director before becoming an Executive Director at Ernst & Young. Orjan is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Norges Bank.

In 1991, they attended the Bodø Graduate School of Business (SiB) and earned a Master of Science in Business Administration (Siviløkonom) degree.

From 1993 to 1994, they attended the Befalsskolen for Hærens Samband and obtained a Sersjant certification.

Between 1996 and 1997, Orjan enrolled in the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) and completed a State Authorized Public Accountant (Statsautorisert revisor) program, focusing on finance, accounting, and auditing.

Moreover, from 1996 to 1998, they continued their studies at the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) and earned a Cand Oceon (Høyere Avdeling) degree in Finance and Accounting.

Finally, in 2018, they participated in the INSEAD Executive Board Programme, focusing on leadership and management skills. However, no specific degree was mentioned for this program.
