Snorre Evjen

Snorre Evjen is a seasoned professional in the field of monetary policy and economic analysis, currently serving as a Special Advisor in the Monetary Policy Department's International Unit at Norges Bank since February 2021. Previous roles include Senior Advisor at the International Monetary Fund from January 2019 to February 2021 and earlier positions at Norges Bank involving special advisory functions in both the International Unit and the Financial Markets Department. Snorre Evjen has also held leadership positions related to government debt management at Fokus Bank/Danske Markets and has experience at the European Central Bank as an Economist on secondment.
