Thomas Ekeli

Thomas Ekeli is an independent economic consultant and board member with extensive experience in macroeconomic policy, resource revenue management, and climate risk analysis. Presently, they provide advisory support to Norad and the IMF while serving on the Executive Board of Norges Bank. Thomas has held various significant roles, including Chief Economist and Deputy Director General at the Norwegian Ministry of Finance, and has contributed to initiatives for Norway's Government Pension Fund Global. They earned a Master's degree in Economics from the University of Oslo and completed the International Baccalaureate at Berg Secondary School.
