Tore Næss

Tore Næss serves as an IAM Architect at NorgesGruppen Data since January 2003, focusing on enterprise IAM strategy, process improvements in HR/IdM, and overall architectural design. Prior to this role, Næss worked as a Consultant at Accenture from April 1999 to July 2002, contributing to the architect team for the international mobile internet portal and SMS services. Næss also gained research experience as a Summer Research Student at the Norwegian Defence Research Establishment in June 1997 and served as an officer in the Royal Norwegian Navy from June 1993 to June 1994, specializing in anti-submarine operations and IT. Næss holds a Master of Science in IT and Telecom/Electronics from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology and another Master of Science in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Technische Universität Graz, alongside a technical education from the Lower Naval Academy.
