Hilary Logan

Hilary Logan is a seasoned technical professional with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as Associate Technical Director at Norgine since January 2019. Prior to this role, Hilary held multiple positions at GSK from June 2006 to November 2018, including Product Owner for the Powder for Oral Suspensions (PfOS) Value Stream, significantly contributing to the development of paediatric oncology products and leading the creation of the first commercial stickpack platform. Earlier experience includes roles as Senior Process Engineer and Manufacturing Engineer, focused on process design and equipment introduction in biopharmaceutical manufacturing. Hilary initiated a Raw Materials Testing Reduction Programme at Novartis, where work as a Quality Graduate/Productivity Manager included overseeing critical documentation to ensure compliance during significant upgrades. Hilary holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Chemical Engineering from Heriot-Watt University, completed in 2004.
