Mike Marshall

Mike Marshall serves as the Director at Norgine since 2023, leading initiatives in consumer, commercial Rx, R&D, and digital product development with a focus on business and technology strategy alignment, innovation, and stakeholder engagement. Previous experiences include a UK Director role at Deloitte, where expertise in consumer and life sciences digital products was leveraged to accelerate client digital ambitions. At International Airlines Group, Mike held the position of Head of Platform, overseeing strategic planning for customer and loyalty products. With founding experience at SenseCommerce and various leadership roles in digital product development across companies such as Barclays, Costa Coffee, and Yell, Mike brings a wealth of knowledge in driving business transformation, product innovation, and technology integration. Mike holds a BSc in Chemistry from Imperial College London and an MSc in Operations Management & Manufacturing Systems from the University of Nottingham.
