Saulo Martiniano

Saulo Martiniano is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in supply chain management and operations across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Norgine since August 2023, Saulo previously held the position of Global Manufacturing SVP at L'Oréal from July 2021 to July 2023. Saulo's academic background includes a Master's degree in Leadership and Strategy from London Business School. Prior roles include SVP of Global Manufacturing for Infant Formula at Reckitt Benckiser, Vice President of America's Supply Chain at Mead Johnson Nutrition, and various positions at Mars, where Saulo was responsible for supply chain operations in Brazil and the Latin American region, among other leadership roles in manufacturing and engineering.
