Clare McGee

Clare McGee currently serves as the Human Resources Director at IMI Precision Engineering since May 2022. Prior to this role, Clare held multiple positions at CEVA Logistics from September 2017 to May 2022, including Head of HR for Air & Ocean in Europe and Head of Reward & HR Projects. Clare's extensive experience in human resources spans over 12 years at DHL as a Senior HR Business Partner and HR Business Partner, as well as a background in employee relations and HR consulting at Jaguar Land Rover from September 1998 to April 2007. Clare holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Business & Finance from Birmingham City University and a CIPD qualification in Human Resources Management from Solihull College.
