Paul Smith

Paul Smith has extensive experience in resourcing and human resources management, currently serving as Head of Resourcing at Norgren since July 2019. Prior to this role, Paul held the position of Director at Populus Select Ltd for a brief period in 2019. Between April 2016 and April 2019, Paul took a career break due to family and personal circumstances, during which specialized therapy for Post Traumatic Stress Disorder was received. Before the career break, Paul was Global Head of Resourcing at Petrofac from February 2011 to March 2016 and served as Head of Resourcing and HR at Foster Wheeler from May 2006 to December 2010. Paul holds a Bachelor's degree in Modern History from the University of York, earned between 1987 and 1990.
