Tim Gladdy

Tim Gladdy has extensive experience in engineering and technical project management, currently serving as the Global Engineering Applications Leader at Norgren since September 1987. In this role, Tim oversees engineering applications including CAD, CAE, CAM, PDM, and PLM systems, while also leading service and support teams, managing programs and projects, and handling contract and vendor management. Previous positions at Norgren include IT Technical Projects Manager, where Tim managed CAD and PLM administration, and Project Engineer, responsible for designing platform pneumatic valves. Tim began his career as a Quality Assurance Engineer at Atlas Copco and holds an HNC in Mechanical Engineering from Dunstable College.
