Bennett Fitch has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Project Assistant at Noria Corporation from January 2002 to August 2004. Bennett then worked at FES/Bardyne as a Hydraulic Simulation Engineering Intern in 2008, where they played a vital role in modeling an alternative hydraulic system for the Expeditionary Fighting Vehicle project.

In 2009, Bennett had an engineering internship at Spectro Scientific as an OA Lab Tech/Product Dev. Here, they conducted analytical tests on a variety of oil and fuels, developed algorithms, and demonstrated products to clients.

Bennett then joined Mecoil Diagnosi Meccaniche SrL in 2010 as an Oil Analysis Lab Tech - Engineering Intern. Their responsibilities involved running oil analysis tests, conducting product development research, and developing customer relations.

After that, Bennett became a Product Development Engineer at Navistar Inc in 2011, where they worked until 2012.

Since 2012, Bennett has been with Noria Corporation in various roles. Bennett worked as a Senior Technical Consultant (Engineer) from November 2012 to October 2020, providing consulting services to customers in industries like petrochemical, power generation, and automotive. Bennett also wrote technical articles and a column for Machinery Lubrication Magazine.

Currently, Bennett holds the position of Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) at Noria Corporation, starting in July 2021. In this role, they manage the development of technical solutions for industrial lubrication programs, including software and improvements to Noria's LPD services. Bennett is also a senior technical consultant and instructs courses on Machinery Lubrication and Oil Analysis.

Bennett Fitch completed a Bachelor of Science - BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology from 2006 to 2011. Then, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at The University of Tulsa from 2015 to 2017. Additionally, they obtained various certifications in machinery lubrication engineering, including Machinery Lubrication Engineer from the International Council for Machinery Lubrication (ICML) in August 2019, Machinery Lubrication Analyst, Level III in January 2014, and Machinery Lubrication Technician, Level II in June 2013.
