Hilda Beate Lygre has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Hilda Beate is currently the Daglig leder / Regional Director / Senior Consultant at Noria Consulting Bergen, starting in 2021. Previously, from 2015 to 2021, they worked at Miles AS as a PMO & Senior Consultant, where they were responsible for project portfolio management, IT project management, and coordination with distributed teams. From 2012 to 2015, they were a Senior Key Account Manager at Escali Financial Systems AS, handling new customers and implementation projects. Prior to that, they held multiple positions at Tieto from 2000 to 2012, including Styremedlem, Software Tester, Customer Manager, Varastyremedlem, Hovedverneombud, Project Manager, Incident Manager, Release Manager, and System Developer.
