Lars Ola Rambøl has extensive work experience in the insurance and banking industry. Lars Ola currently serves as the Chief Customer Officer at Noria, where they provide strategic business advice, defines digital approaches, and delivers market-leading insurance software. Prior to this, Lars held the position of Director of Business Development and Commercial Norway at Protector Forsikring ASA, where they developed new business opportunities and improved processes and technology across countries. Lars Ola started their career in 1990 as a Consultant Project Manager and Business Analyst at Nokia Data/ICL (now Fujitsu), where they worked on pre-studies and delivery projects in the financial industry.

Lars Ola Rambøl's education history includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Global eManagement from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH), which they pursued from 1999 to 2001. Prior to that, they completed a Master of Science (MSc) in Informatics at the University of Oslo (UiO) between 1986 and 1991. Additionally, they obtained a Business Candidate degree from BI Norwegian Business School during the academic year 1989-1990.
