Stephanie Komsa

Stephanie Komsa currently serves as Director of the VC Practice at Zeni and holds advisory roles at Noria Water Technologies and Urban Gateway. With extensive experience in venture capital and operations, Komsa previously led operations and served as Chief Commercial Officer at Quona Capital, significantly growing assets under management from USD 150M to USD 530M. Komsa’s earlier roles include Chief Operating Officer at Gazelle Finance, Deputy Director at the Ethiopia Growth and Transformation Fund, and Deputy Director at the Georgia Regional Development Fund under SEAF. An accomplished professional, Komsa holds an MA in International Relations and International Economics/Finance from Johns Hopkins and a BA in Russian and Physics from Drew University.
