Xavier Becquet

Xavier Becquet has extensive experience in agricultural management, currently serving as Directeur d'union et Responsable de région at GROUPE NORIAP since July 2006, overseeing two regions with a team of 13 sales representatives, 6 sector managers, and 35 center managers. Previously, Xavier was responsible for a regional cooperative in department 76, managing 10 sales representatives and various other roles. Earlier career experiences include working as a Technicien agricole at Agro Picardie, where Xavier developed production techniques for various crops, and as a Développeur nouveau concept at Délices d'anjou, where a new apple concept was created. Educational achievements include an Agromanager degree from Agromanager Paris and various qualifications in management and coaching.
